DR. JOEY RODGERS
5 Marks is the personal ministry of Dr. Joey Rodgers. Dr. Rodgers currently serves as the Lead Pastor of First Baptist Church in Peachtree City, Georgia. He is a graduate of Carson-Newman University with a B.A. in Religion; and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with an M.A. in Religious Education and a D.Ed.Min. in Leadership and Organizational Management.
Throughout his ministry and professional life, he has been privileged to serve in churches, ministry, and marketplace organizations in Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Virginia, Texas, New Mexico, Norway, and Germany. With over 30 years of key leadership experience in organizations both large and small, he possesses a wealth of knowledge that he is willing to share with others to help them to thrive. In particular, he is passionate about personal disciple making, global missions, leader coaching, and organizational consulting. His life mission is to rescue the religious from religion and to introduce all people into an intimate relationship with Jesus.
Dr. Rodgers is the author and editor of several disciple making resources including – The Lost Commission, The Disciple’s Pathway Devotional Series, The GROW in the Word Devotional Series, and several other leadership and family resources. He is also a certified Corpus Pathfinder and Coach.
Joey is married to Meg and they are the proud parents of four grown children. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf, spy movies, golf carting around Peachtree City, and chasing after his kids as they seek to fulfill their God-given dreams and calling.
