Week 7 | Day 3 – INSEPARABLE – Romans 8:35-39

In Christ, our rescue is complete because at the cross, Jesus broke the penalty of sin, He is breaking the power of sin, and at His return He will remove the presence of sin. As a result, we have been saved, we are being saved, and we will be saved. In the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, the Father’s agapē love has set its grip on us, meaning that nothing in the physical world or in the spiritual realm can pull us from His hand (see John 10:28) —and in all these things we have become more than conquerors—not by our grit, but by Jesus in us living through us in the Holy Spirit so that now— greater is He who is in me, than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

APPLICATION

1 - Settle Your Assurance

When fear whispers “You’re not enough,” answer with Romans 8:35–39 and John 10:28—God’s grip is greater than our weaknesses. Because of the finished work of the cross and the transaction of salvation by grace through faith—we are secure in Christ and nothing physical or spiritual can separate us from the love of God.

2 - Surrender for Strength

Victory is Christ in you living through you. Begin each day: “Jesus, I yield my mind, motives, and members to You.” Why? Because it is impossible, not improbable, to live the Christian life independently of the Holy Spirit.

3 - Name the Noise

Neither trouble, or hardship, persecution or danger—nor height or depth, nor angels or principalities—none of these physical or spiritual can sever you from the love of God. So, name them. Recognize them. And Deal with them by declaring, “Yet in all these things I am more than a conqueror through Him who loves me.”

4 - Fight the Right Fight

Our battle is both physical and spiritual against the flesh, the world, and the demonic. As such, we must learn how to wield the Word, walk in the Spirit, and engage in the mission and ministry of the local church.

5 - Live Boldly Loved

Security fuels courage. Because nothing can separate you from His love, risk obedience, give generously, forgive freely, and witness confidently.

PRAYER

Jesus, thank You that Your gift of grace purchased on the cross is sufficient to save me from the penalty, power, and one day the presence of sin. Thank You that nothing—within me or outside of me—can separate me from Your agapē love—and that no one (or thing) can pluck me from Your hand (see John 10:28). Holy Spirit, lead, guide, convict, and encourage me so that, surrendered to You, I can walk in the victory Jesus has won—today and all day. For greater are You who are in me than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). In Jesus’ name, Amen.
