Week 12 | Day 2 – FULFILLING ONE’S CALLING – Romans 15:14-22

As Paul nears the end of his letter to the Romans, he reflects on his divine calling to bring the Gospel to the Gentiles—to those who had never heard the name of Jesus. His heart burned to see people from every nation come to faith in Christ. In doing so, he reminds the church that the mission didn’t end with him—it continues through every believer who follows Jesus. The Gospel isn’t a possession to protect; it’s a message to proclaim. We are the hands, feet, and voice of Jesus in our homes, workplaces, and communities. The call to “go and tell” belongs to every follower of Christ—because the Gospel is for everyone, everywhere.

APPLICATION

1 - Embrace Your Calling

Like Paul, we’ve been called by God to live out and share the Gospel wherever He places you. Our mission field is right where our feet are.

2 - Go Where the Gospel Isn’t Yet Heard

Paul’s ambition was to take Jesus where He wasn’t known. Look for people around you who have yet to hear or understand the hope of Christ—and go to them with intentional love and grace.

3 - Pass the Baton

Paul knew his time was short, but he made sure the mission continued through others. Invest in others who will carry on the message of Jesus—this is true disciple-making.

4 - Be the Hands, Feet, and Voice of Jesus

Our words and actions matter. Every conversation, every act of kindness, every moment of integrity points others to the saving grace of Jesus.

5 - Make Disciples — It’s the Priority

The Christian life isn’t about comfort or convenience; it’s about living sent—helping others know Jesus, grow in Him, and go for Him.

PRAYER

Jesus, help me to see people as You see them. Give me Your eyes for the lost, Your heart for the hurting, and Your voice for the voiceless. Let my life speak the hope of the Gospel in everything I say and do. May I live every day on mission—investing the Jesus in me into the lives of others—until the whole world hears of Your saving grace. Amen.
